Are the artworks original?

Unless specifically identified otherwise in the listing, works offered as original paintings are original, hand-executed artworks rather than reproductions or prints.

How do you determine artist attribution?

We examine signatures, inscriptions, labels, construction, subject matter, materials, provenance when available, and relevant artist information. We distinguish between confirmed attribution, signed works, and unidentified works whenever appropriate.

Are frames included?

If a work is shown and described as framed, the frame is included with the purchase unless the listing states otherwise.

Are the artworks new?

Many pieces offered by The Bradford Gallery are vintage or previously owned. Minor age-related wear may be present and is documented whenever relevant.

Do you provide condition information?

Yes. Product listings include photographs and descriptions showing the artwork, frame, signature, reverse, and notable condition details whenever possible.

Are dimensions framed or unframed?

Each listing specifies whether the stated dimensions refer to the overall framed size, visible image area, or both.

Why are some works priced higher than others?

Pricing reflects a combination of artist, scale, subject matter, medium, condition, framing, rarity, market comparables, and overall quality.

Do you accept offers?

Selected works may be open to reasonable offers. Contact us with the title of the artwork and your proposed price.

Do you ship large paintings?

Yes. Large works are packaged individually and may require oversized shipping, additional insurance, or signature confirmation.

Will the exact artwork shown be the one I receive?

Yes. Most works offered by The Bradford Gallery are one of a kind. The photographs represent the actual piece being sold unless clearly stated otherwise.

Can I request additional photographs?

Yes. We are happy to provide additional photographs, close-ups, measurements, or condition details before purchase.
